Pneumatic Slide Table:

The rugged Pneumatic Slide Table, made to fit the thermal assembly units, automatically brings the parts to be assembled under the heated probes and out again into a clear, load area. This makes loading the parts easier, faster and safer since the operator's hands stay away from the hot probes. The table has stops on both the in and out positions. It also has switches inside the pneumatic cylinder that signal the press when the part is in the correct position for operation. The table runs on two, rail and bearing assemblies for smooth, trouble-free operation. Manual Slide Table:
For a more economic version, choose the Manual Slide Table. It has stops on both the in and out positions with a detent on the in position to hold the table in place. Safety and convenience are still an advantage since the operator can load the machine while keeping clear of the heated probes. When loading is complete, the operator slides the fixture under the assembly area. The manual table features a magnetic switch on the in position which signals to the press that the table is in the correct location for operation. The slide table runs on two, rail and bearing assemblies for smooth, trouble-free operation.

Each slide table is considered a custom option and should be ordered at the time you purchase your thermal assembly machine. Call for a separate quotation for installation on an existing Toman thermal unit.
